Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 June 2026

By creating an account and using Postpilot ("Postpilot", "the service", "we"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. The service

Postpilot lets you upload, schedule, and automatically publish your own short-form videos to your own connected TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram accounts, through each platform's official API. Postpilot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by TikTok, Google/YouTube, or Meta/Instagram.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Connected accounts

  • You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
  • By connecting an account, you authorize Postpilot to upload and publish the content you submit to that account, at the times you schedule, on your behalf.
  • You can disconnect an account or revoke access at any time, from your dashboard or from the platform's own settings.

4. Your content & licence

You keep all rights to your content. Postpilot claims no ownership. You grant us only the limited licence needed to store, process, and transmit your content to the accounts you connect, for the purpose of publishing it for you. You represent that you own or have all necessary rights to the content you upload — including any music or third-party material — and the right to publish it.

5. Acceptable use

  • Use Postpilot only to publish your own content to your own accounts.
  • Do not post spam, infringing, misleading, hateful, or unlawful content.
  • Comply with each platform's rules, including TikTok's Community Guidelines, YouTube's Terms of Service, and Instagram/Meta's Terms.
  • Do not attempt to access or publish to accounts you do not own, or to bypass platform limits.

6. Subscriptions & billing

  • Postpilot offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Business). Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe.
  • Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Prices and plan limits are shown on our Pricing page and may change with notice for future periods.

7. Third-party platforms

Postpilot relies on the APIs of TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, downtime, or content decisions made by those platforms, including any limits on visibility or reach.

8. Availability & no warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful publication, or any particular reach or results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postpilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, revenue, or reach, arising from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Postpilot against claims arising from content you publish through the service or from your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You can stop using Postpilot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the service, or if required by a platform.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.
